At TWA we believe that athletic growth contributes to a physically and mentally healthy lifestyle, and highly encourage every student to compete in one or multiple sports that we offer. However, growing athletically doesn’t just happen on the court or on the field. The focus at TWA is not only to train and prepare students to compete at their best in high school athletics and collegiate athletics but also to instill in students how moving daily, whether it be in a sport, stretching, weight lifting, or running, can increase their ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout life.
